WHY THIS EXISTSThe hardest part comes after.
ENDEX Group is an apparel brand, not a charity. But the reason it exists is the gap people fall into when the uniform comes off — so a share of every order goes to the organisations doing that work, and the community side of what we do is built to sit alongside it.
01WHY WE DO IT
01
The structure disappears overnight
One day there's a chain of command, a schedule, and thirty people who notice if you don't show up. The next day there's none of it. Most of the trouble people run into afterwards starts in that silence — not on deployment.
02
Isolation is the actual risk
The thing that helps most isn't complicated: staying connected to people who understand the context you came from. That's cheap to say and hard to build, which is why so few things do it well.
03
A brand can carry some of the weight
We can't fix any of this ourselves. What we can do is route money to people who are good at it, and run a community that gives someone a reason to show up on a Saturday. Both, not one.
02WHERE IT GOES
We fund work in four areas. We pick organisations doing the unglamorous, practical version of each — not the ones with the biggest marketing budget.
TRANSITION
Getting out
Practical help in the first year: work, housing, benefits paperwork, and the admin nobody prepares you for.
MENTAL HEALTH
Care that's actually reachable
Counselling and treatment for people who can't wait months for an appointment or don't qualify for the obvious channels.
PREVENTION
Suicide prevention
Crisis lines, peer outreach, and the programs that check in on people before it becomes an emergency.
COMMUNITY
Reasons to show up
Groups that get people out of the house and around others — the unglamorous, weekly kind that quietly keeps people going.
03HOW IT WORKS
01
A share of every order
Not a campaign, not a special edition, not a checkbox at checkout. It comes out of what we make on everything we sell.
EVERY ORDER
02
It scales as we do
We're small, so right now the amounts are small. The share doesn't shrink as volume grows — the number just gets bigger.
GROWING
03
Published when it's real
The total goes on this page once there's a meaningful figure behind it. No projections, no 'up to', no rounding in our favour.
PENDING
04
You don't have to buy anything
The Discord is free and always will be. If money's tight, come hang out — that costs nothing and it's the part that matters.
ALWAYS FREE
04WHAT WE WON'T DO
-
Use anyone's service, injury or worst day as marketing material.
-
Publish a donation figure we can't substantiate, or dress a small number up as a big one.
-
Claim a partnership with an organisation we haven't actually funded.
-
Pretend a hoodie is a substitute for treatment, or that buying one is doing the work.
IF YOU NEED SOMEONE NOWThis part matters more than the shirt.
If you're struggling, you don't have to wait until it's an emergency to talk to someone. In the US, the Veterans Crisis Line is available 24/7 — dial 988 then press 1, or text 838255. You do not need to be enrolled in VA care to use it.
Outside the US, contact your local emergency number or national crisis line.
No numbers we haven't earned.
We're new. We're not going to publish a donation figure until there's a real one to publish, and we're not going to round it up. When there is a number, it goes here — and it'll be the actual number.
