Apply here.

Fair question, and you should ask it of anyone collecting your details. Here's every field and what it's actually for. Nothing here is sold, shared or handed to anyone outside ENDEX.

Name

Goes on your member card, and it's how people know who they're talking to. Your card shows your first name and last initial — never your full name.

Email

Your order receipts, your card, and anything you buy from Digital Supply. It's also how we reach you if something goes wrong with an order. We don't send marketing unless you tick the box at the bottom.

Phone

Used for delivery problems on physical orders — a courier needing a number, or an order we can't complete. We don't call you, and we don't text you marketing.

Service status and branch

This is a community of people who served and their families, so it's the one thing that defines who's here. It sets your card, your ribbons, and how you're introduced. We don't ask for rank, unit, MOS, dates of service, or anything tied to your record — and we never ask you to prove it. We don't want a DD-214 and we'll never ask for one.

City and state

Your state sets your chapter — how /nearby finds members close to you, and how meet-ups get organised. City helps with that; it's never shown publicly on its own.

Street address (optional)

Only so an order can be shipped to you without typing it again at checkout. Skip it and you'll just enter it when you order.

Referral (optional)

Credits whoever brought you in, so they get the XP for it. Purely so people get recognised for recruiting.

Socials (optional)

So we can follow you back and share your stuff. Nothing more.

What we never ask for: your SSN, DoD ID, rank, unit, service dates, discharge paperwork, or anything from your service record. If a form ever asks you for those to join a community, walk away.
