A detachment is an established gaming community that keeps everything it is — and gains a door into ours that goes both ways.
Your server, your admins, your rules, your history, your people. All yours. What changes is that you stop paying for it alone, you stop building your tools alone, and your members get somewhere else to belong when they want it. We're a veteran-founded organisation for service members, veterans, first responders and their families.

Anyone in your community can hold an ENDEX membership and still be entirely yours. Ranks and ribbons track what they do in your server.
Somewhere to go
Games end. Communities wind down. When yours does, your people shouldn't have to scatter and start cold somewhere — there should already be somewhere familiar to walk into, with half the roster they know.

Up to $50/month toward your game server hosting at Detachment tier, up to $100 at Task Force. Paid direct to your host or reimbursed — your choice.

Member cards, ranks and XP, ribbons, coins, event check-ins, roster tools. Installed in your server, maintained by us, configured around how your community actually works.
Your own detachment coin
A challenge coin in the ENDEX system carrying your detachment's name, designed with you, issued to your members and sitting in their rack on their member card.
A code for your members
Your own discount code on the ENDEX store for your whole community, plus co-branded merch carrying your name.

The three tiers
Start where you like.
Nobody is asked to rename their community to a stranger. Your name stays in the branding at every tier.
Trial. No commitment.
Your name stays exactly as it is. You add "in partnership with ENDEX GROUP" to your server description and our invite somewhere visible. We install the bot and set it up for you. Your members can join ENDEX if they want to.

Flagship. By invitation.
You become the ENDEX presence in that game. Up to $100/month toward hosting, a co-branded merch drop carrying your name with a share of it, and prize support for your events.
One detachment per game. If the slot is taken, it's taken — that's what makes holding it worth something, and it means we never fund two rivals in the same title.
What we ask in return
Straight terms.
Branding
Co-brand your server name, our mark in your icon or banner, our invite somewhere people will find it, and a mention of the partnership when you recruit.
A liaison
One ENDEX staff member in your server with a moderator role — not to run your community, but to set things up and be reachable. You get the same in ours.
Keep it alive
Run your community. That's what the money is for. Post our events to your server, and keep at least one of yours a month open to ENDEX members.
Conduct
Your rules stay yours, on top of one baseline: no hate, no harassment, no stolen valor, no scams, no gambling or crypto promotion, no politics as a server identity.
Exclusivity
No competing community sponsorship in the same game while you hold the slot. Anything outside that is your business.
A check-in
Fifteen minutes a month with your liaison. How it's going, what's broken, what you need. Not a performance review.
What we don't take
The questions every
owner asks.
Your server
Stays yours. We don't take ownership, we don't take admin, we don't get the keys. One moderator role for your liaison. That's it.
Your money
No cut of your donations, Patreon, shop or subscriptions. Money moves to you in this deal, not from you.
Your members
They're your members. Joining ENDEX is optional for every one of them, always. We're not harvesting your roster.
Your identity
Your name, history, logo, traditions and callsigns. Ours sits beside yours, never instead of it.
Your independence
We don't approve your mods, your rules, your staff picks or your calendar. The conduct baseline is the only thing we insist on.
Your freedom to leave
No minimum term. Either side can end it whenever. Keep the bot data and your members, drop the branding, and we part on good terms.
How to apply
Open a ticket.
Join the ENDEX Discord, open a ticket and pick Partnership or business. Put DETACHMENT at the top so it routes to the right people. Tell us your community name, your game, roughly when you started, your size, and a link.
- 1. Staff read it — usually a few days
- 2. A call with you and your leadership. Half an hour, relaxed, both sides asking questions
- 3. We sit in your server a while, and you sit in ours
- 4. If it fits, we set it up together
Straight answer on where we are. ENDEX is new and small. You will probably be bigger than us on day one. That's fine, and it's the point — we're not offering you our audience. We're offering infrastructure, money against your hosting, and a door your members can walk through whenever they want, including the day your game finally winds down.
What's on our side of it. A veteran community with chapters across the US and Europe, VA claims help and separation guides, and Task Force Anvil — our Arma Reforger milsim unit. Veterans, serving members, first responders, and people who just want a squad that turns up.
