FAQ
What does endex mean?
It's the military call for end of exercise — the moment a mission wraps, when you gather everyone up, account for every person, talk it through, and walk off together. Veterans lose that last step when they leave. ENDEX Group exists to rebuild it.
Who is this for?
Everyone who respects the culture — veterans, active duty, Guard and Reserve, families, and civilians. Membership is free and there's no gatekeeping. If you're here, you're welcome.
How do I join the community?
Apply on the Join page. It's free and takes about two minutes. You can apply with just your email, or with Discord, which also drops you straight into the server with your roles. Either way you get a member number and card on the spot, and you can link Discord later.
The Discord has channels for motorsports, fishing, shooting, gear and hiring, plus a quieter one for the harder days.
Do I have to buy something to be a member?
No. Membership is free — no dues, no tiers, no purchase needed. The gear pays for the community; the community is the point.
How does the giving-back work?
A share of every order goes to veteran support charities — transition help, mental health care, and suicide prevention. More on the Giving back page.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Everything is printed on demand on a small set of quality blanks. Nothing sits in a warehouse — your order is made for you when you place it.
How long does shipping take?
Orders take about 2–5 business days to produce, then ship. Delivery is usually 3–5 business days in the US and 5–20 internationally. Full details on the Shipping page.
What's your return policy?
Because everything is made to order, we don't take returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size — check the sizing on each product page first. If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@endexgroup.co and we'll replace it. See Returns.
How do I find the right size?
Sizing runs per product — each product page lists measurements, fit, and the size the model wears. See Sizing & fit.
When's the next drop?
Drops are announced in the Discord and to the email list. Sign up at the bottom of any page so you don't miss one.
