Does it cost anything?
No. Membership is free, with no tiers and no dues. Buying gear is optional — it just issues your kit and funds giving back.
Who can join?
Active duty, Guard and Reserve, veterans, retirees, Gold Star families, military families, and civilians who respect the culture. You pick the status that fits when you apply.
I applied. How do I see my file?
Log in to this site with the same email you applied with. If your Discord email is different, use that one. Your file is at /pages/member and your card at /pages/card.
What if there's no chapter near me?
Online events are open to every chapter. Game nights, movie nights and coffee chats happen in Discord voice — see Events, or host one yourself with /event in Discord.
What does "Kit issued" mean?
It means you've placed your first order. It gives you the Kit Issued role in Discord and marks your file and card.
What's the service record?
Eight milestones that make up a membership: applied, chapter assigned, kit issued, member code claimed, first muster, recruiter, on the wall, and regular. Your file shows which ones you've reached and what's next.
When does a referral count?
When the person joins through your link and places their first order. "Used your link" counts everyone who joined; "Counted" is the number that earns rewards.
How do check-ins work?
In person: show the QR on the back of your member card and the host scans it. Online: tap I'm here in the roll call that appears in the voice channel chat when the event starts. Both count, and three makes you a Regular.
What are the badges on some member cards?
Staff positions. The Founder, Head of Operations, Head of Community and Head of Staff each carry their role badge on their card, and their position replaces "The Collective" at the top. They match the roles in Discord and update on their own when a role changes. See who holds each one below.
What do other people see about me?
Nothing, unless you turn it on. The member wall shows first name, last initial, status and chapter — only if you opt in on your file. The chapter map shows counts only.
Who runs ENDEX.
Members, not managers. Every position below is held by someone in the collective, and each badge on a member card matches the role in Discord.
Need someone? Open a ticket in #support on Discord and it goes to the right person. Staff badges show on member cards automatically.
