1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of endexgroup.co and any purchase you make from ENDEX Group. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

ENDEX Group is a veteran-founded apparel and community brand. Reach us any time at support@endexgroup.co.

3. Products

Our apparel is printed on demand. Items are made to order rather than pulled from stock, so colors and fit can vary slightly between production runs. Product photography is representative; small differences are normal and not defects.

4. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or obvious pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

5. Shipping and delivery

Production and delivery timelines are described on our Shipping page. Delivery estimates come from carriers and are not guarantees. Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns and replacements

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, we will make it right. Full details are on our Returns page.

7. Giving back

A share of every order goes to veteran support charities. This is a voluntary commitment we make and may adjust over time; any change will be described on the site.

8. Community and conduct

Our community spaces, including our Discord, are open to everyone who treats others with respect. We may remove content or members that harass others or break a platform's rules. Taking part is a privilege, not a right.

9. Intellectual property

The ENDEX Group name, logos, designs, and site content are our property and may not be copied, resold, or used commercially without written permission. What you buy is yours to enjoy for personal use.

10. SMS messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from ENDEX Group, such as promotions, product updates, and order notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. After you send STOP you will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties for their own marketing. Information collected through the SMS program is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, ENDEX Group is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
