A note from the founder

Why ENDEX exists

In the military, endex is the call that ends the exercise. Everyone stops. Somebody counts heads. You make sure nobody got left out in the woods, and then you walk off together.

I'm active duty Air Force, Security Forces, stationed overseas. I haven't hit my own endex yet, but I've watched a lot of people hit theirs. And the part that gets skipped is always the same one: the headcount.

When you get out, the paperwork has a checklist. Clearing, the DD-214, the VA, the move. Nobody hands you a checklist for losing your people. One day you have a shop, a shift, a group chat that never stops, people who get the joke without explaining it. The next day you don't. Some people land fine. Some go quiet. From the outside you usually can't tell which is which until it's late.

ENDEX GROUP is my attempt to put the last part of endex back.

What it is

It's a community first. Chapters in every state and overseas, so you can find people near you. Meetups built around things people actually want to do: track days, range days, fishing, overland runs, or just showing up somewhere and talking if you feel like it. A Discord that's open before you ever buy anything, with a quieter channel for the harder days.

The gear is how it pays for itself, and how we recognize each other out in the world. Everything is made to order, and a share of every order goes to veteran support. But you never have to buy anything to belong here. Membership is free. No tiers, no dues, no gatekeeping.

Who it's for

Veterans. People still serving. Guard and Reserve. Retirees. Gold Star families and military families. And civilians who have our backs and respect the culture. If that's you, you're in.

What I'm asking

Two things.

First, if you're getting out soon or already out: join, pick your chapter, and show up to one thing. Just one. That's how it starts.

Second, and this one matters more: if you know someone who got out and went quiet, bring them in. Send them your link. Check on them even if they don't join. That's the whole reason this exists.

The service ends. The community doesn't.

See you out there.
